Giana is a results-driven Chief Operating Officer with more than two decades of progressive leadership in national healthcare operations. Known for her strategic foresight, hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to integrate systems, people, and processes, Giana has led large-scale transformations in PE backed enterprises across dermatology, dialysis, urgent care, and occupational health sectors. Her leadership spans key operational pillars—including P&L ownership, enterprise scalability, and the seamless execution of strategic goals. Before joining U.S. VisionMed Partners, Giana held senior operations leadership roles at PhyNet Dermatology, U.S. Renal Care, Tenet Health/USPI, and Concentra (a Humana company). Throughout her career, she has led nationwide initiatives in M&A integration, de novo expansion, physician recruitment and retention, clinical education, and enterprise-level pandemic response. Giana earned her MBA and BBA in International Business from the University of Texas Pan-American, graduating as valedictorian. She brings global perspective from academic study in Mexico, Germany, and Estonia, and is committed to building high-performing teams and cultures centered on accountability, quality, innovation, and growth. Giana finds joy in family life with her infant son and three beloved rescue dogs.
